- ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆I agree with the first post. They stand and have personal conversations with customers for long periods of time all the while you are standing there in line. Then when you get to the front of the line the customer service is rude and nasty. I drive down to another post office as much as possible to avoid these people. It is just fortunate that you are closed at this very moment, or you would be hearing about this experience PERSONALLY.
